To reach Norma: please leave a message. I am with the dogs as much as possible.
Leave your number and the best time to reach you. I do check my messages frequently.
While your pet is at the Center, I will call you only if there is a problem. No news is good news.
The more time I spend on the phone, the less time I have to spend with your pet.
E-mail: thecaninecenter@aol.com is the BEST way to reach me
EMERGENCY ONLY: TEXT 407-506-3818 (phone calls may not be returned immediately)
Please respect our privacy. This is our home. You are more than welcome to stop by during
scheduled hours and appointments. Do not just “drop by” We will not be available.
We desire to always be a small, “hands on” facility. Our staff is limited because we choose very
competent people who require more benefits than less qualified personnel. If we hire more
personnel, we will have to increase our fees, something we do not wish to do. Please be patient
with our return phone calls and e-mails. We choose to be with the dogs. When we are finished
with our “guests” needs we will return e-mails and phone calls. Please see the “emergency”
number above if you require immediate assistance. Please do not abuse this privilege.

Training is $20.00 per day

achieve toward your training goals. Please speak to Norma to discuss realistic
training goals. No matter how short or long your pet is here, we will always show
you additional ways to achieve and maintain your training goals.
Dogs must be crate trained or comfortably accept limited confinement without
exhibiting excessive anxiety.
Dogs must not exhibit severe separation anxiety when their owner leaves. If your
